American Midwest Realty was born out of the need for the owner, Rob Manuszak to manage a mid-sized portfolio of properties that he owned jointly with some partners, as well as his own portfolio of properties. Rob brought Matthew Parrott onto the team specifically because of his experience as an investor and insight into property management from an investor’s perspective.
