Tracy comes to American Midwest with a background as a paralegal and a year of property management. Tracy is currently running our Accounting / Billing department and is also over all of the owner distribution checks.
Sandra is the newest member of the American Midwest team. With a diverse work experience including sales, the medical field, and photography, Sandra has fit right in filling in wherever there is a need. Sandra has done a terrific job of making the collections department more consistent, been quick to take on all of our tenant walk-throughs and leasing appointments, as well as contributing to the day to day office duties. Sandra hope to one day design and build buildings from the ground up!
