American Midwest Realty is currently made up of four core team members:
Rob Manuszak – Founder and CEO
Rob oversees the entire company, as well as handling the Fix & Flip / Renovation and Brokerage Services side of the company.
Tracy Humphries – Office Manager
Tracy handles all of the day to day office duties, tenant relations, and oversees the managing side of the business. Tracy works closely with Matthew & Nick to tie it all together!
Matthew Parrott – Our Investor Liaison
Matthew works directly with our Investors. As an investor himself, he understands the investor’s concerns and has been a lead developer of our tenant Education & Training processes as well as working on marketing and community relations.
Nick Colvin – Maintenance Manager
Nick is the newest member of our team and one of the most instrumental team members in keeping our investors ROI high & their expenses low.
